Sexual harassment training has been around for a while, yet workplace harassment is still a huge problem for business leaders and HR teams.  While recent movements such as "Me Too" have raised awareness of the problem, many incidents of harassment and discrimination go unreported which can result in a toxic work environment, leading to low morale and productivity, absenteeism, and negatively affect relationships with customers, partners, and others.  For those incidents that do end up in an employee complaint, the company can find itself in lengthy and costly litigation, regardless of whether it is proven to be at fault or not.


Mandatory and regular anti-harassment training is one of the key ways to minimize costly risk to your organization and to also protect your employees and everyone in your workplace from harassment.
